About the event
With Yoga and Ayurveda Medicine, we move Prana, and with Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine, we move Qi. Both of these ancient eastern medicine systems use these terms to mean Vital Energy or Life Force. Enhance your healing experience as Prana joins forces with Qi at LK Acupuncture to promote good health and longevity with All Levels Yoga with Anna from Yoga Castle. Students from beginners to long-time practitioners will be introduced or can dive deeper into traditional yoga practices of pranayama, chanting, mudras, meditation, and asanas from the traditional Ashtanga system focusing on Hatha Yoga and healing the body, mind, and soul based on Ayurvedic principles.
Every Monday at 9 am - 10:15 am and beginning 2/23 every Wednesday at 6 pm - 7:15 pm
