A celebration of awakening and healing as we look forward to increasing daylight hours, warming temperatures, spring’s first blooms, and new beginnings!

Join Anna, a 500-hour yoga instructor, Ayurveda and Reiki practitioner, and Tess @refpuhsets_healing , a Reiki practitioner, as we begin the first 45 minutes of your journey with setting intentions and guiding you through a conscious and mindful slow-flow asana practice with the healing sounds of singing bowls to encourage you to dive deeper into your state of consciousness.

Then indulge in the last 45 minutes as Anna and Tess work together to offer the healing powers of Reiki with a gentle healing touch as you enjoy pure bliss and relaxation in restorative asana poses.

Finally, completing your journey by sealing your practice and intentions with a sage ceremony including the burning of sage while chanting a healing mantra.

Pillows, blankets, blocks, gentle assists, modifications, and variations will be offered for all levels and abilities. Tea and light snack will be served.
