6 three hour in-home visits and travel time and setup for each visit. Both the Lotus and Shakti care include customizable packages of your choice such as meal prep, herbal baths, herbal teas, infant and mama Abhyanga (self-massage) instruction, recommended herbs for lactation support, breastfeeding support, yoga, pranayama, meditation, reiki, light housekeeping, Ayurvedic gift basic. (groceries not included)
