Do you practice Abhyanga? What oils do you use? How does Abhyanga benefit you?
I do Abhyanga at night before I go to bed. During the summertime I use a mixture of sesame oil and sunflower oil infused with lavender or geranium essential oils to help keep my body and mind feeling cool and grounded.
